Biopolymer for cooling circuit water treatment

Mã SP: STV14

Pionera DX-3100 controls biofilm growth in cooling circuits and other process water installations. It is a high-performance dispersant also capable of detaching biofilms and allow biocides to perform at lowest dosages.

When applied in cooling circuits Pionera DX-3100 helps to prevent organic scale and limits organic growth on exposed surfaces. Due to its dual character (hydrophilic and hydrophobic parts) it also helps to avoid inorganic scale built-up on tubes and exchangers, keeping the water circuits clean and efficient.
Pionera DX-3300 and Pionera DX-2000 provide excellent performance in dispersing inorganic
sludge components like rust, clay, bentonite, and other mineral contaminants. Those materials are kept in suspension from the circuit providing clean tubes and exchanger surfaces.
The products can be used in cooling circuits as well as in steam generation equipment or other water treatment installations.
Pionera DX-5100 is a high performing anti-scalant. It is fully compatible with phosphonates which provide the scale inhibition properties in water treatment formulations. The additional scale conditioning and dispersing effect of Pionera DX-5100 provides a complete protection program against scale depositions.

+ DOSAGE:
The required treatment dosages depend on process parameters in-situ. The recommended dosages are in the range of 5 – 20 ppm. The product does not create excessive foaming, making its use safe and easy.
